About this tool
Color Palette extracts the dominant colors from any image and displays the corresponding HEX codes, ready to copy. It's a design tool that helps identify the visual identity of a photo, create harmonized palettes from a visual reference, or ensure color consistency across a project.
To use it, load an image (photo, illustration, screenshot, or any image file) and select how many colors you want to extract. The tool analyzes the image pixels and groups the most representative colors using color quantization. Each color appears as a color block with its HEX code — click any block to copy the code to your clipboard.
Common applications: extracting a palette from a photograph to create a website layout with coherent colors, identifying the exact colors of a logo saved as an image (when the original vector file isn't available), building design systems based on reference photos, analyzing the color palette of a competitor's visual material, and generating color palettes for interior design or fashion projects from inspiration photos.
